This program was specially developed to provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the concepts,
processes and disciplines associated with law enforcement intelligence as they pertain to contemporary criminal
"issues" and domestic security. This introductory course addresses intelligence matters, primarily from a real-world
"operational" perspective. The class explores target selection, data collection, evaluation, collation, analysis,
to proper documentation and dissemination of intelligence. Additionally, characteristics of domestic security threats
are thoroughly examined in order to determine their potential nexus to criminal activity.
