3 Day Course

This training program has been developed for criminal justice personnel who are interested in learning about "ethnic" criminal gangs and organized conspiratorial groups which are rooted in Asian philosophy, culture and thrive in subcultures throughout the US.

The course is designed to explore the varying Asian criminal gangs & enterprises impacting America from coast to coast, to learn their make-up, modality, characteristics, modus operandi of the crimes they commit, and idiosyncrasies. Attendees will learn intelligence collection techniques and investigative strategies that were developed to be effective on these non-traditional criminal targets.

Open to all criminal justice personnel. The attendee should be willing to accept new ideas and concepts, otherwise foreign to Western law enforcement, and attempt to integrate these concepts into their existing capabilities.
